If you are investing, I can help. I love to learn new things to make sure I provide the latest knowledge to my clients. I spent two years receiving education about all aspects of residential investing including buy and hold “rentals”, major remodels, and fix and flip strategies. I have assisted clients in acquiring over 60 investment properties that have all been profitable.

I will work with you to identify marketable upgrades and to avoid costly mistakes. You will position yourself to receive the highest possible return on your investments.
My clients think of me as a real “go getter”. I don’t like to sit around; I know what must be done and I do it. I don’t give up easily – if there are challenges to be met to finalize a transaction, hard work and determination will get the job done.
I was born with an entrepreneurial spirit. I have owned and operated a number of businesses, including a hair and nail salon, and two home décor stores. I understand what it takes to be successful and I apply that knowledge to my real estate business, also.
When I am not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, crocheting, decorative painting, interior design, self-improvement, health and fitness, gardening, and reading inspirational books and articles.
