Craig's List scam artists target real estate in Boise Idaho
A new Craigs List scam has hit very close to home for many Idaho residents in Boise Idaho. Many Nigerian scams regarding money have been around for several years. It now seems that these scam artists have entered the real estate market and in this case targeted a yoiund property manager in Boise.
This young real estate property manager in Boise Idaho posted an ad on Craig's List and advertised apartments for rent in her complex. It is a very good idea to monitor any ad's written on Craig's List and check your listings periodically. If anyone does copy and repost your listing in an effort to deceive the public then report this immediately to the proper authorities.
